Here are the five weight loss smoothies that will help you boost your metabolism!
1. Banana smoothie
A lot of people have lost weight with this banana smoothie. Some of them claim that they have lost more than 10 pounds with the banana smoothie. I am 100% sure that the banana detox smoothie will work for you too if you use it consistently.
- First, chop two bananas into slices.
- Chop some oranges as well, and put them aside.
- Make sure you have ¼ cup of water with you.

All you have to do is to buy chia seeds and mix them with warm water. It might not taste nice like the other recipes I have given you, but it surely works much better than them.
